Peanut Butter ‘Nana Balls

You’re welcome peanut butter lovers.

These balls are to die for! Not literally, but these are so delicous it’s hard to restrain yourself to just having one! I dipped them in

dark chocolate for an extra treat and some magnesium.

 

Recipe

Makes 12-15 balls

Ingredients

– 1/2 cup natural peanut butter

– 5 medjool dates

– 1 banana

– 1/4 cup raw amonds

– 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds

– 1 cup regular rolled oats

– 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

 

Method

1. Add peanut butter, dates, banana, almonds, and pumpkin seeds into a food processor, until a sticky dough forms

2. Remove dough from food processor and put into a bowl

3. Add coconut and oats, stir until combined

4. Roll into balls, store in freezer until firm

5. Dip in chocolate (optional)

 

Store in fridge or freezer
