Are you looking for a healthy Asian dish? Look no further because this is the recipe for you! This is one of my top 3 husband’s favourite dishes and may-be yours too! This quick and easy vegan dish is packed with vegetables in a delicious peanut sauce.  If you have an allergy to peanuts, you can replace the peanut butter with almond butter.

 

 

 

 

Made with Kaslo Sourdough Pasta, fermented for optimal digestion. This pasta is made with natural sourdough culture (same as you would find in sourdough bread) is dairy free, soy free, nut free and egg free, certified non-GMO and made with organic ingredients.

 

 

 

Those who have wheat or gluten ‘sensitivities’ have tried this pasta and have had no adverse reactions all because the process of fermentation breaks down gluten allowing easier digestion. No bloating, no fatigue or heavy feeling after eating this pasta. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
