Fresh Basil Hummus with Sun-dried Tomato

I love hummus and most don’t realize how easy it is to make! Most store bought hummus is made with processed and highly refined canola oil. This recipe is made with extra virgin olive oil, fresh herbs and a nice tangy flavour from the sun dried tomatoes. High in fibre, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats to keep your blood sugar stable throughout the day and great snack to prevent the afternoon lull. I served it with fresh vegetables and Mary’s Gluten Free Gone Crackers, although it would be a great addition to any sandwich or wrap.
