No Bake Coconut Snow Balls

This is a coconut and chocolate lovers dream! With only 7 ingredients, this recipe is quick and easy to make if you’ve already soaked the cashews prior to starting the recipe.


Why soak cashews? Well, firstly, it’s easier to blend the nuts. Secondly, soaking nuts release mineral binding agents in food preventing optimal absorption of nutrients. Thirdly, soaking breaks down phytic acid, allowing for easier digestion. 


How long to soak? Optimally, 6-8 hours for large nuts but you can get away with a couple hours if you’re in a hurry to make a recipe.
