Pumpkin Spice Granola

Pumpkin spice is a mixture of several warming spices including cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and ginger. I find warming spices welcoming during the winter months, not just for autumn.

Store-bought granolas contain refined sugars, processed oils and preservatives which can be easy to overconsume the recommended serving size. Making your own is simpler and much healthier.



Enjoy with yogurt, almond milk, on oatmeal or simply as is. This recipe is gluten free, dairy free and vegan!



To make this recipe nut free, replace the almonds with sunflower seeds or more pumpkin seeds.
