Simple Chia Pudding

Next to flax seeds, chia seeds are the highest source of omega-3 fatty acids. Chia seeds contain high amounts of fiber, and act as a lubricant to ease constipation. A vegan source of protein, chia seeds are rich in phosphorus, manganese, and calcium. Add in smoothies or oatmeal; chia seeds can also be used as an egg replacement in recipes.
